During her recent guest appearance on"Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Rhian opened up about the emotional toll of playing such a high-strung character.

"First thing na ginawa ko nung natapos 'yon [taping ng *Sang’gre*], nagpa-Botox ako agad eh," Rhian confessed.

"Sabi ko, masyado akong nagalit! Gusto ko hindi gumagalaw yung mukha ko, like, ayoko nang magalit."

According to the actress, portraying a character constantly dealing with heightened emotions left her drained.

“The intensity was real,” she said.
“For the next two months, parang gusto ko na lang magpa-spa, magpaganda, magpa-relax, magpamasahe, magpaayos ng mga kung anu-ano, gusto ko ng magandang skin.”

Rhian noted that "Encantadia" was a long-term commitment, having shot the fantasy series for two years straight.

“That’s a long time to be angry every day,” she remarked, referring to the emotionally demanding nature of her role.

Fans praised her honesty, with many appreciating her humorous and candid take on post-show recovery.

Rhian’s statement highlights how even glamorous roles can come with emotional exhaustion, and why prioritizing mental and physical well-being is essential after such projects.
